From the first phone call I had inquiring about the vehicle I Purchased I had a great experience. He took the time to explain and be fully transparent with over the phone which made me decide to go into the dealership to try and work out a deal. Once I got there he was once again very professional, extremely polite and hospitable showing me around the dealership before we sat down to get into the numbers for the purchase. Everything he had quoted me over the phone was exactly that no hidden fees, costs or anything of the sort. Very straight forward in fact he actually saved me some extra money with a Costco membership deal they were running. It was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Russell. Now moving on to finance my experience continued. We met with Talia and let me tell you she was a delight to work with as well. Everything straight forward to pushy sales approach explained all the extended warranties and packages and even advised me on the ones to not get. Talia was very patient, professional and polite took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. I was overall extremely pleased and stratified with the staff and level of customer service from HARDIN BUICK GMC. My experience was not great. I got passed along Woody after I was talking and scheduling an appointment with Bill. Woody seemed uninterested, not helpful. The texting haggle over extras I did not want or need finally got resolved after several days. On the day of purchase, after waiting OVER AN HOUR (again, after having an appointment) was unprofessional. I finally had to leave to get some lunch. It was a waste of my friend's day who came with me. Bill kept apologizing, he knew it was awkward. When it was finally time to meet with the finance guy (don't even remember his name) I waited again in his office until he got off the phone *rude* He did not even stand up to shake my hand. Can I recommend this dealership? Nope. I was a return customer and that is the only reason I came in to trade in my old car. The very next day my tire pressure light came on! They didn't bother to check that it was low (27 not 35 psi) I took the car into my local dealership to have it checked it out because I didn't trust Hardin. I expected a better attention to detail. I ended up purchasing 2 new air filters to replace the dirty ones. I got a nice tutorial on the cars features from Harbor Hyundai. They took the time to sit in the car with me and go over some basics. I felt better after leaving them than I did leaving Hardin. More
