I bought a 2021 Dodge Durango 2 months ago. In the 2 months I’ve had this vehicle, it’s been in the service department 3 times. The big issue is, it will go into neutral all by itself and lock In the 2 months I’ve had this vehicle, it’s been in the service department 3 times. The big issue is, it will go into neutral all by itself and lock the shifter. You have to shut off the vehicle and restart it to reset it. Well since it doesn’t set a SES light, service basically tells me in the beginning to go pound sand. So now I’m in an unsafe vehicle. So I wanted to trade it in, mind you, I’ve had less than 2 months, and have put less than 2000 miles on the vehicle and had a factory tow package installed on the vehicle. The sales manager knew of the issues with the vehicle, and had my salesperson look me in the face and offer $5000 less than I paid not more than 7 weeks ago. Then I looked it up and they low balled me $3000 on trade in value according to KBB and NADA. So the manager didn’t give a xxxx that I have a vehicle that I can’t put my children in, a vehicle that almost got me hit by a semi , a vehicle that I purchased the factory warranty to cover my vehicle from bumper to bumper just to be told there was nothing they can do. I will say that Robert , the service manager, is trying his best to come up with some sort of a solution. So Glenbrook Service Department has my respect. The sales manager and the sales team don’t care about their customers and whether you’re in an unsafe vehicle or not. So buyer beware!!! More

Salesman was incredibly unprofessional, The check engine light came on driving off the lot, DeAndre Garcia said, “It’s under bumper to bumper warranty it will probably be fine.” Before signing anything I ma light came on driving off the lot, DeAndre Garcia said, “It’s under bumper to bumper warranty it will probably be fine.” Before signing anything I made a verbal agreement with DeAndre that the vehicle would come with a spare key. Deandre gave me a random key fob after signing and told me that I would be able to pay to have it reprogrammed. To which other Jeep dealers promptly said I would not be able to do so. Overall very unhappy with the experience; I did get the vehicle i wanted for a decent price, that’s the highlight of this review. other competent salesman may work here, but I was not able to experience that so I apologize to them! More
