Dayn Belfour was extremely welcoming and friendly. He made sure everything was done correctly. He not only made us feel like part of the Hiley family, but even more so, part of the greater Subaru fami He made sure everything was done correctly. He not only made us feel like part of the Hiley family, but even more so, part of the greater Subaru family. I love my new Forester and look forward to having it for years to come. Sales Manager Nick Kennedy was also great to work with. Nick is the reason we chose Hiley over another dealership. Charlie saved us $$$ by decreasing our interest rate in noting that I am a nurse, for which we greatly appreciate. I look forward to working with Jeffrey and the Encore service while learning all there is to know about my new luxury ride. Thank you ALL for such a great, hassle free experience! We will definitely recommend Hiley Subaru to others. More

I placed a deposit for a Crosstrek, told it would be there in about 1 week, then notified it was going to be 4 weeks. I then went back to Hiley Subaru and picked out and bought an Outback Limited XT (ca there in about 1 week, then notified it was going to be 4 weeks. I then went back to Hiley Subaru and picked out and bought an Outback Limited XT (cash, no financing). I drove it home and the next morning it would not function (all the electronic functions were "disabled" and could not even make it go in reverse). Miraculously it worked again later that day, drove it back to the dealership, left it until the following day. I was assured they had checked out the computer system and fixed it. I then got back in the car at the dealership to drive it home, and the same thing happened (all electronic systems "disabled" and unable to even drive it). They gave me back my check. They have not yet refunded my $500 deposit for the Crosstrek, which they said they would. It has been more than 40 days and no check. Very frustrating experience at Hiley Subaru in Fort Worth. More
