The AutoStar team works hard in giving great service to their customers. I cannot give a 5 star due to the fact that it took 2.5 hours to repair a tire. It was not the techs fault. We were 4 hrs away from home, 2 hrs away from our destination. My GMC truck dealt us its final blow by seizing the transmission just outside of Asheville. This was not how we wanted to spend this planned time of relaxation with family. After a disappointing day of visiting dealerships we had given up and headed back to our campsite. There was one more place we found on the way that had the vehicle with the features we wanted. So we thought we'd make a quick stop just to take a look. That turned out to be the best move we could have made. Dawson was polite, helpful, informative, sincere, and friendly. He and Ron made the process easy. They took the reigns and went the extra mile so that we could get the truck we wanted and the deal we needed so that we could get back to what was truly important: time with our family. More
