Had an appt. today at9:30 for oil & tire rotation, got there at 9:20, had to wait for someone to help me for 22 min. Was told it would take about one and a half h today at9:30 for oil & tire rotation, got there at 9:20, had to wait for someone to help me for 22 min. Was told it would take about one and a half hours. They over book, I will not go back. And by they way, I have purchased 4 cars from them, never again. George Nichols More

They seems very good, professional and helpful when you go to buy a car but when it is time for service they are very poor. I bought the car from them and moved to new state and when I call them for servic go to buy a car but when it is time for service they are very poor. I bought the car from them and moved to new state and when I call them for service in new place ( within the warranty) they ask me to call the toyota service and when I called toyota, they said call dealer. Just want to make you buy car, nothing after. More

I've been a long time return customer, since 1991 I've been a long time return customer, since 1991 with my first new car a Camry from this location...I have worked with quite a few sales personne I've been a long time return customer, since 1991 with my first new car a Camry from this location...I have worked with quite a few sales personnel as well as the financial people, and have yet to be disappointed. My salesman Tommy Haynes made sure he had the correct fit for me and was very comfortable to do business with. In the end I had the perfect car for my needs, a great SUV with low miles and a payment which I could manage. Great job Tommy!! The dogs luv it! Plus I have room for my large family and their gear. Let's not forget the manager, who went above and beyond to help me get a great trade in price...thank you sir, I don't know his name, but he deserves a raise, although all these guys do!
