Sales team pushed for the sale of the 2017 edge. Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and takin Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. The lastest is they want to charge us for a rental now that the vehicle is being serviced for a flex plate recall. Since they don’t have any rental vehicles for us they are out sourcing the rental and I still have to pay for it and also the extra costs for it because it isn’t from ford itself but from enterprise. Then told that no one in the area has a rental available so they will have to reschedule the appointment which was already pushed back when I arrived at the dealership. I will be suing ewald if the issue causes any accidents. They have failed on all levels and will no longer receive my support. More

I paid for tax, title, and license (TTL) but when I called DMV I found that Ewald had not paid the license fee. I had to pay another $115 for something that was already paid. Horrible I do not like to be taken and I trusted the dealership and their word. I was told I would pay $52,000 for my truck and seen the paper work when I got I do not like to be taken and I trusted the dealership and their word. So I would review everything at this dealership and the loan guy was horrible also. I told him I did not want any extra plans with my truck 3 times and wouldn't let it go. very bad experience buying a new truck. will never go there again. More

This was my first tome buying a “new” car. I am 19 and didn’t have much credit to work with. Dawn did everything she could to make sure I get a great car!
