The people that I have had the pleasure of having met at Jones Junction have been nothing less than professional, kind and courteous. The service reps, expecially Dawn Mitzel, keep me well informed throughout the repair process and does everything within their control to get my car back to me in a timely manner. All I ever hear at Jones Junction by any employee that I deal with is " I want you to be completly satisfied ". They go out of their way to do just that. I have recommended several family members and friends to Jones Junction in the past as I will continue to do in the future.
