Lucien is amazing communication is spot on and appreciated. But unfortunately others do not have the same attention to detail as him. I asked for specific things to be done. He communicated that to them and yet instructions were not followed. And as well other members of their team do not engage in initiative behaviors, they'll look right at you and just sit there. Or pass the buck to someone else. They give off the vibe that they are only there to collect a paycheck. More
