When I first visited the dealership, it was because I heard a grinding noise when making a left turn as I started driving. The dealership informed me that the noise was caused by a bent rear shaft, so heard a grinding noise when making a left turn as I started driving. The dealership informed me that the noise was caused by a bent rear shaft, so I proceeded with the replacement as recommended. However, the noise did not improve at all. When I returned, I was then told that the brake pads needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, my issue has still not been resolved. Since I was informed that this is not a safety concern, and because my brake pads still have sufficient life remaining, I have decided to postpone replacing them for now. If I had been correctly informed from the beginning that the noise during a left turn upon starting was due to the brake pads rather than the rear shaft, I likely would have chosen to replace the brake pads first. While I was very disappointed that my noise issue was not resolved, I do not believe this was Davis’s fault. I believe the issue stemmed from an incorrect diagnosis by the technician who worked on my vehicle. Davis consistently treated me with kindness and professionalism, and I truly appreciate his efforts. More
