The process of buying a vehicle was very good but the one in the service area with Michael was a terrible and much disgust. I had already been informed that all the accessories were and I asked for the after in the service area with Michael was a terrible and much disgust. I had already been informed that all the accessories were and I asked for the afternoon free at work and I drove 50 minutes to the dealer and when I arrived I can wait an additional hour indicate me that one of the accessories was missing and the prices they had indicated were not the same.It is Extremely frustrating that they are not honest with the client. I’m feeling disappointed. More

I wish I could fully describe how wonderful Moises is as a salesman and as a person. This will be our 3rd car from Ford of Kendall in 2 years and it's all because of Moises. He always answers any text messages and phone calls and goes above and beyond for his customers. Before I even went to the dealership he was already sending me truck options, explaining the different trim levels and features, and pricing which made the process at the dealership quick and painless. Thank you for having someone like Moises who is not only a great salesman but also a great person who has an insane amount of knowledge of Ford vehicles and has great customer service.
