This dealership is absolutely the worst. They shove fees down your throat and act like there is nothing they can do about it. I was charged an extra $300 dollars for oil changes after I bought my lease and told them I was selling my car. They made me pay for oils changes when I sold the car! More

David in finance called me a couple of days ago to find out why I left an unhappy google review. He explained to me he was on vacation and just got my message. He was very helpful and listened to my issues out why I left an unhappy google review. He explained to me he was on vacation and just got my message. He was very helpful and listened to my issues without speaking. He explained why he did what he did and was willing to fix the misunderstanding. He sent me an email immediately with the correct paperwork I asked for. I will say he handled the situation professional and went out of his way to solve the issue. I would say my experience at the dealership was fine but I do have my fair share of complaints. #1.) it’s been 16 days since I traded in my vehicle and it is still not paid off. This is my 7th vehicle and n I do have my fair share of complaints. #1.) it’s been 16 days since I traded in my vehicle and it is still not paid off. This is my 7th vehicle and never have I ever had this problem before. #2.) to try and contact the store and have any of the departments answer is near impossible. I will never go back to that specific store nor recommend it to anyone. More
