Regarding the dealership; I was so impressed by the fact that a damaged drink holder was replaced immediately after our discovery… Dan took charge and got us taken care of ASAP. I did not have to return to have it replaced. Regarding Greg Trask; worth mentioning was his assistance working with us when the bank’s reluctance to increase our maximum daily withdrawal limit (for a down payment) became an issue,… He allowed us to take care of the issue the following business day, and allowed us to drive the car off of the lot regardless of the present issue with JP Morgan Chase. In the past 40 years, I have purchased more than a dozen cars from dealerships. In my recent search, I visited six dealerships. I ended up going back to Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. One of the main reasons was my initial experience with sales consultant David Windholz. I wasn’t even sure which car I might purchase. But I knew David would help me find the right fit for me and my budget. He did. I ended up leasing an XC60 that I love. He made every step of the experience easy and informative – test driving multiple models, processing my trade, all of the pricing and paperwork and then an orientation on the car itself before I drove away. Not only was he courteous, professional and personable, he knew the product – Volvo cars – better than any auto sales associate with whom I have ever dealt. So not only do I have a lovely new Volvo (my first) to drive, I have a partnership with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia that gives me confidence and comfort for the next several years.
