The car was spotless for delivery and everything was explained by Trey in a very professional and understanding manner. If I had to make one complaint was our finance manager David. He was fast and efficient, but had no enthusiasm and was very mundane. This was my wife's first brand new luxury vehicle, and she was super excited. He took some of that excitement out of the transaction, because of how he acted. I may be petty in saying that, but just would have liked some more enthusiasm versus a very monotone dialogue throughout our whole time in finance. We would still recommended Metro Lexus to anyone we know! More
