Purchased car almost a month ago…purchase had issues, salesman basically gaslit me. Well the experience didn't get off on a good foot when I dealt with one of your lower level sales guys. Once the manager got involved and was candid and clear, we got down to business in terms of discussing dealt with one of your lower level sales guys. Once the manager got involved and was candid and clear, we got down to business in terms of discussing a price and finalizing a deal. The manager was a professional and he saved the sale for the dealership to be honest. The finance guy was great, very knowledgeable. One of the guys who was there repeatedly told me the car took regular gas which I found out is not true. They also filled the car up half way when they gave it to me out of detailing, also a weird approach. Finally I am still waiting for my trade to be paid off, and I likely will contact the dealership if it lingers much longer as an issue. More
