My wife and I both in our mid-seventies are leaving Hyundai of Wesley Chapel feeling very CONFUSED AT WHAT JUST OCCURED. I talked with the sales manager, Fabio on the phone to receive a quote for trad Hyundai of Wesley Chapel feeling very CONFUSED AT WHAT JUST OCCURED. I talked with the sales manager, Fabio on the phone to receive a quote for trading in my 2023 Tuscon sel for a leased 2025 Hyundai Tucson sel. Fabio quoted me a monthly lease amount that was more than we wanted to spend. So, I told him the payment I was looking for and we couldn't come to an agreement. I thanked him and hung up. Within 15 minutes another sales manager called and explained they wanted me to lease a Tuscon. Quoted a monthly payment close to what I wanted to pay as long as I put some money up front. Agreed on Deal. The following day went to dealership. After choosing the car, we sat with David, their salesman, (Fabio was running late) and chose the car and signed all the preliminary paperwork. Told that the financial specialist would be with us in a few minutes. While we were waiting, David asked me to add a 5-star rating for the dealership in Google, which I did. After 2 hours of waiting, Fabio came out with a piece of paper showing a different payment amount. He explained that when he quoted the original payment, he included sales tax. The price that the second manager quoted did not include sales tax. He showed us a piece of paper with pen in hand where I could sign and pay it now or within the loan. Made me feel very uncomfortable in the way he was presenting it. He also stated that the first payoff price pulled yesterday from Hyundai was less than the payoff price today. But he would cover that difference. We were exhausted and very easily could have signed the paper. But maybe we're getting old, but we still can form an educated opinion as to what just occurred. We got up and left after I stood and watched him void the documents we signed. More

David Watkins was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! He definitely understands customer service! His concern for making me happy with my purchase was amazing! His willingness to answer questions even when I went to other dealers like Nissan and Kia really made me feel like he was in my corner! I went to Wesley Chapel four times to see him, look at cars and ask questions and each time he had the patience to deal with me and answer every question! It didn’t matter how many times I had gone to the store prior, and told him “I’m not buying a car yet, I’m just looking today” he was still gracious and listened. He didn’t care that he had to answer my questions more than once because I didn’t understand some things. I’ve been in management and financing for the last 50 years and believe me, David is genuine and helpful and is a true asset to Hyundai! After I finally settled on a Tucson, I had the pleasure of working with Brad in the finance department. Again, fantastic customer service. He listened and explained things more than once. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a financing office! Overall, It was an amazing car buying experience and I love my Hyundai! More

Purchased car almost a month ago…purchase had issues, salesman basically gaslit me. Fast forward to now, my bank still hasn’t received paperwork or draft back and advised me to reach out, I’ve called the salesman basically gaslit me. Fast forward to now, my bank still hasn’t received paperwork or draft back and advised me to reach out, I’ve called the dealership 57 times, been on hold for countless hours, left messages, voicemails, etc and still have yet been given the courtesy of a call back. I will NEVER use this dealership again. More

Well the experience didn't get off on a good foot when I dealt with one of your lower level sales guys. Once the manager got involved and was candid and clear, we got down to business in terms of discussing dealt with one of your lower level sales guys. Once the manager got involved and was candid and clear, we got down to business in terms of discussing a price and finalizing a deal. The manager was a professional and he saved the sale for the dealership to be honest. The finance guy was great, very knowledgeable. One of the guys who was there repeatedly told me the car took regular gas which I found out is not true. They also filled the car up half way when they gave it to me out of detailing, also a weird approach. Finally I am still waiting for my trade to be paid off, and I likely will contact the dealership if it lingers much longer as an issue. More
