Service guy (David) was on vacation and when i went to pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done ! The paperwork i was handed me may as well been written in Japanese !! I pick up my 2020 Tacoma there was no one there to explain what had been done ! Though the wait to get checked in seemed long due to the number of people checking in at that time, once I finally did get to check in, the process went very smoothly.
