My wife and I have always had a positive experience purchasing vehicles from Duval Honda. Between the two of us, we have purchased seven vehicles from Duval Honda, more specifically from David Vergara. David has always been there for us, even if he was unable to make the sale himself. He would ensure we were working with a sales person who would best take care of us. Most recently, I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV EX-L. I came to the dealership on 5/10/2023 to attempt to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to agreeable terms. I kept in contact with David throughout the rest of the day. David found another vehicle that fit my needs and was within my budget. David and I worked the deal over the phone and we were able to come to an agreement on the terms. I just needed to go to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I was able to come in the following day to test drive the vehicle. The terms were already agreed upon so we just needed to complete the paperwork. David Vergara and Daniel Mora made sure I had the best experience possible. There was a minor issue with the CRV and David made sure the dealership took care of the issue prior to me taking delivery of the vehicle. They wanted to make sure the vehicle was in the best condition prior to me driving off of the lot. David has always gone above and beyond for us. We will definitely come back to Duval Honda to purchase a new vehicle! More

I was greeted by the receptionist, who promptly directed my search to a sales representative. Even though the sales force was experiencing an abnormally high volume of inquiries, I was quickly assigned to a sales person and seated in a sales station. The General Sales Manager Will Law immediately assisted me with viewing the automobile I had been looking into. He was assisted by David Vergara for the entire sales process. I was then able to finalize the sale with the help of Kyndra Clark. The entire sales process from in the door to out the driveway was very low pressure and efficient.
