Had my car for 3 weeks, couldn’t find the problem. 1st week was Thanksgiving week, but car went in on Monday and it wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. It’s sat the second week as the expert for unusual issues was on vacation. A dealership this size selling high end cars only has ONE technician qualified to assess the problem? 3rd week tech back but it still took all week to solve issue. I understand that they wanted to make sure they had resolved the issue before releasing the car to us, can’t fault them on that. We thought that when the Piazza group acquired the dealership the service would improve, but only slightly. We purchased our vehicles there and will continue to have them serviced there as it is conveniently located. More
