Answered all my questions. No pressure . Only disappointment was no second set of keys. Because the car had 2000 miles on it I was told I would have to pay for a second set, unless they turned up disappointment was no second set of keys. Easy to Buy a Car at Phillips David, our Sales Associate was very helpful answering all of our questions and giving us information we did not know. The Gentleman we worked with to David, our Sales Associate was very helpful answering all of our questions and giving us information we did not know. The Gentleman we worked with to solidify the deal was also very helpful. After we said we had a deal, we were turned over to the Business Manager. It took the Business Manager almost an hour to come get us. When we looked over the documents he created, there were errors. He corrected most of the errors and reprinted the paperwork. He seemed distracted for some reason. After about 30 minutes of document correcting and us signing the deal, he quickly tried to sell us the 10yr 100,000 warranty. My wife and I were tired and ready to leave. He took most of the new car buying excitement away from us. More

Our intention was to check out the 2020 Camry, not to buy one. David approached us and explained many of the features that are new to the car. Still we were not planning on buying but thought that perhaps we should get a price in case we changed our minds. Bottom line...we are now the proud owners of a new car. David is a major part of our decision...he is enthusiastic about the product he sells, he is low-key, which helps you feel more comfortable, and he spends a lot of time explaining how things work and setting up many of the features. Love, love, love my new Avalon!!!! Was going to wait for the 2020's to come out, but was told that Avalon's had Apple Play in them now, so decided not to wait. Drove many different cars/SUV's and decided Avalon was the one for me again. I think this is my 3rd one..... Oh, my goodness is it "state of the art". I'm learning how to drive it with all the safety features (very important to me) and Apple Play apps - just like the phone!!
