No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas). Kevin and the entire staff made the ordeal so much less painful by offering the benefit of their expert kno etc. (especially so close to Christmas). The options and their recommendations they presented were perfect and they never once “ fast talked” Or spoke over my head. Kevin was honest, professional and even empathetic! My vehicle had an active recall, so I brought it in to be serviced. i explicitly stated while dropping my vehicle off that the only work to be done was the necessary work to replace the recalled part. I also stated that I am up to date with all other maintenance to further the point that I wanted nothing else done. When I picked my vehicle up and drove away, I instantly knew that there was an issue. I pulled over, and measured my tire pressure of each tire to be ten pounds over the recommended level. While pulled over I called the service center where I spoke with David Taub who did my repair, and he stated that a Multi Point Inspection had also been done and that checking and adjusting tire pressure was part of this service, which I very clearly stated I did not want to have performed. David's negligence significantly increased the chance that I could have had a tire failure. More

i went in for a simple oil change the service man looked up my car and said my air condition is still under warrentee so we will check it for leaks i said i don t use it how can it be leaking i only have 26 up my car and said my air condition is still under warrentee so we will check it for leaks i said i don t use it how can it be leaking i only have 26 thousan d miles on it he said it can happen i was told the oil change would be 1 1/2 hrs after 2 hours i asked why so long he said it will be about 1/2 hr more as they worked on my airconditioner i never authorized them for it looking at my receipt it says i complained about my airconditioner this is false i didn t see any photos or proof nor did i know anything about the warrantee i will never go back to this dealership as i feel it was a ripped off with their lies using my warrantee to make money for the dealership More

I found David to be dismissive and patronizing. He told me I needed a service item I dodn't think I applied to my vehicle. when I tried to talk to him about it, he told me I was wrong. When I tried to show him articles I found on line from reputable sources like Honda, Road and Track, Car and Driver, Edmonds - he told me they were all wrong. More
