Brought my '24 CRV in for scheduled warranty service. Also requested another check of a concern I had in the undercarriage/frame area of the vehicle. It was reported to me to be a non-issue, all okay. Kudos to the technician who did the work on my vehicle. He caught a failing battery during a load test (dead cell); Honda replaced the warrantied battery, of course no charge. I am grateful for the tech's thoroughness in his work, catching the battery problem. If it is possible to recognize him for my thanks, please do so. I do not know the tech's name, only an assumed possible ID no. on my invoice: #223590. Thank you. More

I asked David TAUB to please check the fluids in the car when I brought the car in. I asked him again when he told me to wait in the lobby to check the fluids. I had an appointment for recall work + oil change. They didn't have a record of the appointment, but they took me in, which was great. Except I then found out at check-out that they didn't have the p They didn't have a record of the appointment, but they took me in, which was great. Except I then found out at check-out that they didn't have the parts to address the recall. They only did the oil change, which I didn't actually need yet, but was only doing because of the recall. Some communication up front would have been helpful. I have been trying to get this recall work done for some time, and thought that getting the written notice from Honda would indicate an ability to actually do the work. More

No one wants to unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brakes etc. (especially so close to Christmas). Kevin and the entire staff made the ordeal so much less painful by offering the benefit of their expert kno etc. (especially so close to Christmas). The options and their recommendations they presented were perfect and they never once “ fast talked” Or spoke over my head. Kevin was honest, professional and even empathetic! My vehicle had an active recall, so I brought it in to be serviced. i explicitly stated while dropping my vehicle off that the only work to be done was the necessary work to replace the recalled part. I also stated that I am up to date with all other maintenance to further the point that I wanted nothing else done. When I picked my vehicle up and drove away, I instantly knew that there was an issue. I pulled over, and measured my tire pressure of each tire to be ten pounds over the recommended level. While pulled over I called the service center where I spoke with David Taub who did my repair, and he stated that a Multi Point Inspection had also been done and that checking and adjusting tire pressure was part of this service, which I very clearly stated I did not want to have performed. David's negligence significantly increased the chance that I could have had a tire failure. More
