I arrived about 30 minutes early for my scheduled maintenance appointment. David checked me in right away, and gave me a time estimate of the work to be done. The estimate was spot on. I was ready to leave the lot when the technician who serviced my vehicle came out to the lot and informed me neglected to re-install the front splash guard under my vehicle. He promised it would take five minutes to install the unit. Again, his time quote was spot on, and I commend him for caring to chase me down before I left the lot. His error did not bother me a bit. I did not get the tech's name, but I believe his ID no., according to my service receipt, is 171839. Please recognize his extra effort also. Thank you. More

The dealership has been there for years. I had some work done on my 2004 Odyssey minivan. Always wondered who would take such an old car to a dealer and now it is me. But the minivan has been very reliable and the experience with Honda on Grand - including buying the van, some oil changes, some more serious work always ended okay. Never happy with the prices. But when you go to a dealer you are paying for the knowledge and the quality parts. So here we are - took the van in to get some work done on the seatbelt buckle. The SRS light was on, and it was the driver side latch. This was replaced under warranty - no questions - the work and parts definitely worth it. But what was questionable was some minor cleaning they did on the belt side - $100. I feel like this is part of the 'tip' mentality these days. Making a little extra to cover all those expenses. Honda warrantying safety for 20 years makes up for it though. So good experience overall. Keep doing good things Honda and Honda on Grand. More
