Bought a car from them. $60,000 transaction. They promised to get car registered for me out of state. They screwed it up and won't even answer my calls. They hang up on me a $60,000 transaction. They promised to get car registered for me out of state. They screwed it up and won't even answer my calls. They hang up on me and nobody's willing to transfer me to a sr manager or owner. A total disgrace of an operation and now I can't drive my car because the temporary tags have expired and their answer is "not sure what I we can do about it". I know own a $60,000 paper weight. The entire process, from beginning to end, was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. There were no gimmicks, no unnecessary delays, no bait-and-switch tactics, and no pushy sales pitches.
