Smoothest transaction ever! My Nissan had broken down and I had no clue what I was going to do. I stopped in to Tasca and was immediately greeted by David Stravato. Very easy to work with - even from out of state I am from upstate New York, and I had been shopping online for a very specific vehicle. I wanted a 2013/2014 Cadillac Escalade. I am VERY picky abou I am from upstate New York, and I had been shopping online for a very specific vehicle. I wanted a 2013/2014 Cadillac Escalade. I am VERY picky about my car choices, and I will drive up to 4 hours away to get the best one at the best price. I found a 2013 Escalade in near perfect condition, with only 43K miles at Tasca Buick GMC, about 3 hours away from me. I do my homework, and this vehicle was priced below fair market value - making it the perfect choice. The negotiationg was easy. We handled it all over phone and emails. Even the GM (Mike Bessette) called me personally to help get the job done. Everyone was pleasant to work with. And a special shout out to Dave Stravato for going the extra mile and making sure all the paperwork was complete before I arrived. I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes. THAT was record timing ,and I appreciated it very much with the long drive home. Mikayla was very helpful in getting my plates swapped out from my trade and ensuring I was in and out. This was great. I want to say that everyone . . .from my point of contact on the internet (Jaime Difonzo) . . to Dave(#2) - sorry, I did not remember his name .but he helped me sign all the paperwork when I arrived and I really appreciate how fast that went. Things do not always go this easy, when buying a car. I actually had walked out of a deal at one of my local dealerships . .just 7 days prior to this - because my local dealership is still old school - playing games and bait and switch. It was really nice to negotiate over the phone. And be in and out in under 30. That 3 hour drive home was awesome in the Escalade. Would not hesitate to return here next time. More

Buying a used car I bought a used Subaru from them for a great price. But was pressured to buy a top of the line warranty that I did not want, and was not even shown ot I bought a used Subaru from them for a great price. I also tried to set up an appointment to have them check if anything needed to be done and was completely ignored. They also set the warranty to as low mileage as they could. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth and I would not buy a car from them again. More

Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and No Pressure I've been searching for a late model-low mileage Chrysler 300 for several weeks, when I finally located one at Tasca Buik GMC located in Woonsocket, R I've been searching for a late model-low mileage Chrysler 300 for several weeks, when I finally located one at Tasca Buik GMC located in Woonsocket, RI. When I called to verify the price and availability of this vehicle I spoke with Dave Stravato, who was professional, courteous, and personable. I gave him the stock number of the vehicle and he said he would call me back within a 15 minute time frame. Ten minutes later he called and informed me that the vehicle was still available and I could see the car that same evening at 5 PM. When I arrived Dave was waiting for me with the vehicle. Following the test drive, they evaluated my vehicle for trade in value subsequently deriving at a final price for the vehicle. Three hours later I drove the (detailed) car home. Complete professionalism, no pressure, and more importantly, I felt that they were being honest. If you're in the market for a vehicle, visit Dave Stravato at Tasca in Woonsocket.
