My only criticism was with the gentleman who helped me sign my loan documents. He was visibly upset that I would not purchase any add-ons, creating an uncomfortable experience for me. Dave and the Tasca team worked with us to get us the price we were looking for, and about 2.5 hrs after arriving, we drove home in our new-to-us car.
