Very poor customer service and management. Drove for 2 hours to the dealership to test drive a car after confirming the car was ready and available. Went there and car wasn’t ready/arrived. My entire experience at Tasca Dealership was nothing but pleasant. My father and I called and informed the dealership which vehicle we were coming to test drive, and when we arrived, the vehicle was already pleasant. Dave Stravato was our navigator throughout the test drive and purchasing of the vehicle, and he honestly made the time fly by. I literally had no idea we were at the dealership for almost 5 hours. Dave was honest and treated us just like friends/family. I am so happy my friend recommended this dealership to my family. Although I live in Massachusetts about 45 minutes away, it was worth the drive to Rhode Island, especially since I had visited a local MA Buick dealership and was less than impressed. More
