Honestly, we were not the easiest customers....changing our minds about the vehicle we would purchase several times. Yet, they never seemed exasperated or impatient. He went as far as to explain all features of my new truck and even set up my OnStar and Bluetooth for me. As well as being nice to offer me food and beverages.
