I ordered a new 2020 corvette from Andrea Goodwin of Champion Chevrolet and it was a wonderful experience. Andrea and Dave Snoddy (Champion corvette guru) were extremely helpful during the 12 month and Champion Chevrolet and it was a wonderful experience. Andrea and Dave Snoddy (Champion corvette guru) were extremely helpful during the 12 month and 14 day wait for my new corvette. When it arrived, the service and support were spot on. I was proud to tell everyone where I had purchased my car…until it came time to put my name on a list to order another one. The Z06 corvettes have not yet been released and dealers have wait lists. I would like to purchase a Z06 when they finally become available so I called Champion to get on the wait list. Andrea informed me that her business management said they would require a $1000 deposit to be put on the waiting list. Andrea tried to get this ridiculous fee waved but management said it was required. This was not an order deposit but just a wait list. I called two other local Chevrolet dealers and neither required a deposit to be placed on their wait list for the future release of a new Z06 corvette. Due to this, Champion has lost me as a customer. I’ve since been placed on the wait list at another dealer as well as ordered an Indy 500 service truck. Both sales that Champion has lost out on due to their management's shortsighted customer service. It is such a shame that the general manager would allow this to happen to an existing customer. Customer loyalty is important therefore take care of your customers and they'll take care of you. More
