Poor communication and lack of ability to speak to mgmt I tried buying a used car from this dealership. I called the first day the car was posted for sale to try to move foreword on purchase. I was strung I tried buying a used car from this dealership. I called the first day the car was posted for sale to try to move foreword on purchase. I was strung along for five days, being passed off between four+ people this including management (Tony Tabaku) who never would get back to me regarding my questions. I was referred to talk to Rob Martin (used car manager) however when I called in multiple times to ask to speak to him I was always redirected away and forced to speak to someone else. Finally on the fifth day of calling and countless conversations and runarounds I got a straight answer that the vehicle was not available for sale. Communication, organization, and the ability to talk to a manager at this dealership is rated a ZERO. The “Findlay” name they are so proud of doesn’t amount to anything in my experience. More
