To back that up, here is my story. I have been driving for almost 50 years and in that time I have been blessed to have purchased many fine automobiles. What makes that statement unique is the fact that very few times have I gone back for a follow-up purchase of the same brand of vehicle. This week, I traded in my two-year old Nissan for an exact replacement. What made this decision easy was the memory of how I was treated during the initial purchase transaction and how I have been treated these past two years by the Service Department. I would like to extend a public thank you very much to a few of the folks that continue to really impress me. First up is Marty Kellum, a true professional that cares more about ensuring you are satisfied with the deal and the service than just closing the deal. Next up is David Smith, one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He works extremely hard to pull together the best deal possible and answer all of your questions in a clear and understandable way. I can truly say HE IS a car salesman you can trust! As I stated before, equally important to my decision to buy another Nissan was how I was treated by the folks in the Service Department, especially Bill Mashburn and Danny Suski. They are the best I have seen! Always courteous, professional and willing to fully explain exactly what needed to be done and when it would be ready. Great job folks...and many thanks! More
