Overall not a terrible experience. I don't know if it is just a matter of volume they do but sometimes felt like just another number. When ended up with a new X5 and are happy with it. Started off a little rough when our order was scheduled and did not arrive at all within the timeline a lotted. They are supper friendly and able to efficiently answer questions about their products which is nice. More
