beware - they do not pay off your trade I just bought my second car fro the dealership. The first experience was GREAT. This time not so much. I bought an escalade on 6/23, they did not pay off my trade until over 3 weeks later and paid th eold payoff. I have called the finance person 3 times (no return calls). I finally showed up last week and talked to Charlie. He swore it would be taken care of right away. It is still not paid off. I get harassing calls from my bank every day. Salesperson was great, but this is beyond frustrating More
