AVOID AT ALL COST. I bout a vehicle here that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. They promised they would get it in to get it tested and would call me ba I bout a vehicle here that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. They also said they would email me my sales paperwork and I don’t need hard copies. I called four times to get the sales paperwork and kept being promised they would send them. I had to show up in person to the dealership before they would give them to me. While I was there I asked about the check engine light again, which I had already called twice about. They promised once again they would get it in and taken care of. I have called three more times since then and they refuse to do anything about it. I had to take the vehicle to a mechanic who ran tests and said it has a bad EGR and a rear main seal leak. Now I’m out of pocket $3500 for repair on something the dealership should have, and promised, they would take care of. They do not care about their customers at all. While I was there I asked about the check engine light again and they said they would fix it but weren’t able to get me an appointment at that time. I called five more times to try to schedule an appointment and they would make excuses and refuse to give me a call back. I ended up taking the vehicle to a mechanic who ran tests on it. The vehicle had a bad EGR and a rear main seal leak. Now I’m out of pocket another $3500 because this dealership flat out does not care about their customers. It has been a horrible experience.
