I have worked with several service advisors over the past 10 years and I have been thrilled to bring my Honda back to Arrowhead at every opportunity! This visit, I was lucky enough to meet a new Customer Relations Specialist - Ms. Jill Chafitz. Ms. Chafitz helped me through my ordeal, even going so far as to walk throughout the dealership so that my needs would be met to my satisfaction. There is NO better car dealership, in my opinion, than Arrowhead Honda! More

I brought our Insight to David for a number of needed services; at 160k+ it was running fine but needed several things, including a factory service. David has always been honest to us and given us the best pricing he can; we can trust him to recommend what is needed and only that so we can fit our budget. Even though we did some extra maintenance this time, we felt good about trusting David because of our past experiences. The car is running great and we can't thank David enough for his quality work and honesty. More

Needed some work for our Insight, and David Scott was our service technician. He was friendly, easy to work with, and I feel I can trust his recommendations.
