Thank you for your feedback and we would like to address your claims on this review. looking into our records you have not visited any of our locations. Florida Fine Cars assisted you in trying to get approved for a vehicle via Phone/email. We are not the banks and cannot determine the requirements lenders need to enter into a finance agreement with a potential client. We communicate and send documents that are required to assess a potential deal. The banks then determine whether they can accept a customer and/or what other documents are needed to finalize a transaction. When purchasing a vehicle there are many requirements and factors that are considered. We apologize that your expectation was not met.
