Pleasant buying experience This was our first Subaru purchase. We chose Subaru for the safety and reputation that the brand has achieved. The sales and finance team at Sport This was our first Subaru purchase. We chose Subaru for the safety and reputation that the brand has achieved. The sales and finance team at Sport Subaru enhanced the experience. We initially browsed the lot, without a salesman as we said we just wanted to look. After looking at our options with other brands, we contacted David, through the internet sales, and he answered questions about the warranties provided and helped start the financing ball rolling. After returning to the dealership, James and David provided a demonstration of the eyesight technology, and then we test drove several models that we were interested in buying. Once we settled on a vehicle James worked with us on all the paperwork and getting us a great price. Jonathan was very helpful in the finance department providing low interest rate, and talking through the other options for the vehicle. The car was prepped for us during this time period, and James finished everything up with showing us how to use the features in the vehicle. I like the concept and how the dealership works as a team. They Didn't spam me with follow-up emails and phone calls which was nice. I went in to check out the new 2016 WRX Limited with the Nav//Harmon sound//Keyless entry and start. I knew very well before hand that was the car I wanted, and this one even came with an STI short shifter which was a nice surprize. I first was in contact with David Roman and he handed me over to David Santiago. They were both friendly and very laid back. I went back the next day for a test drive and ended up signing all the paperwork and drove home with it. Whole process was simple and only took a few hours. I was offered plenty of water and snacks while waiting. I would recommend this dealership/sales associates to others. Prior to my visit here I went to another Subaru dealer in the area and my experience was definitely better here due to the laid back environment, transparency, and the figures originally quoted were much better. The value of the final deal was okay for the area from what I researched online. More
