Despite the subzero temperature on the day I arrived, following another MN snow event the day prior, everyone was busy clearing snow, cleaning up the lot, and helping each other out. Everyone I came in contact with acknowledged me and offered assistance. Angie responded immediately upon my inquiry and my sales person, Erik Anderson, was very outgoing and did a great job listening. He also knew the vehicles well and walked me through the features and answered any questions I had. The finance guy Tony, also the lead plow truck driver, was great to work with as well. He plowed through the paperwork in a timely manner, making that part of the process simple as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership. There's a good reason they've been around for 130 years! More

The scheduling and customer service I had my 2010 Edge serviced at Tenvoorde Ford since 2014, with pretty consistent and quality service experience. The scheduling and customer service in the service department is exceptional. When I decided to purchase another Edge, I returned to Tenvoorde to make my purchase. Erik Anderson was my salesperson and was immensely patient and helpful. Kolin was also very helpful in the purchase process and seems very knowledgeable and experienced. The bottom line is that I value the service I get at Tenvoorde, whether maintenance or purchasing, and plan to continue with them as long as I live in the Sartell/St. Cloud area. Thank you!!! More

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchase Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchased it. After a tech looked at it they told us it would be $1200 to fix it, even though we were told it would be covered. Then they decided to fix another issue that popped up on the truck “out of good faith” without consulting us first. Then the managers argued with me calling me a liar and saying I was taking advantage of them. We ended up having to pay for repairs that we were told were covered. After all was said and done - the check engine light came back! We took it to another dealer to avoid the rudeness of Tenvoorde and turns out they never reprogrammed the truck after they installed the new parts! Avoid if you don’t want to spend unnecessary money and be called a liar. More
