Salespeople lie I was sold a prepaid maintenance agreement and was told I could cancel at any time prior to use. Mercedes Benz-USA would not step in to help because they said the dealership was independently owned and operated. Great online purchase I found a pre owned 2014 CLS550 on auto trader.com and contacted Bojan Savic who provided excellent service by email and phone. I live out of AZ. 5 d I found a pre owned 2014 CLS550 on auto trader.com and contacted Bojan Savic who provided excellent service by email and phone. I live out of AZ. 5 days later it was shipped to me on a car carrier. I received the car at my home 1 day after paying for it. It was exactly as Bojan represented it. Showroom mint condition and only 5150 miles on it plus a full Mercedes 3 1/2 yrar warranty. Bojan answered all of my numerous questions and emailed many pics which I requested. What a gem of a find. Dave Robinson and Matt were also very helpful when Bojan had a day off. Bojan answered my questions after the dealership had closed for the day and on his day off. Great car and service. More

When he moved over to Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale I informed him that my next purchase would be with him. Its about building a great relationship with someone who you can trust. I purchased my new vehicle while I was out of state. David had Jeff Carlo (JC) assist me with the final purchase of the vehicle. JC stepped right in and keep me informed till the end. After receiving my vehicle there were a few items that they needed to take care of but that wasn't a problem. JC provided service above all services I had ever received. With my travel schedule it was difficult getting to the dealership during regular hours. JC made sure my vehicle was pickup and dropped off. I recommend these guys and dealership. More
