Thanks to the constant Faulkner TV commercials, this was my first stop at a dealership outside the city and it was exactly what I was looking for! David Rice was an absolute delight from the get-go. He was extremely informative and accommodating. Dawn Markee from finance was also amazing. For once, my opinion actually felt respected leaving a financial office at a car dealership. The dealerships in the city will throw papers at you and be incredibly condescending if you don’t fork over the money to match their high prices and expensive packages that you don’t want; not at Faulkner!
