This dealership will pull out all of the shady tricks. Did classic bait and switch on me. Also, adding 5K for market adjustment and mandatory accessory fees. They'll say the car is there, it isn't. They'll try to get you to test drive for a price reduction. They'll tell you how everyone these days is paying 10K over MSRP. Nobody wears a mask despite the mandate. Don't even bother trying to get an actual price through the internet service. I came in with my agreed internet price, has a pricing code and good for 3 days and they wouldn't honor it. Complete waste of time. More

Overall a good experience. Nino was very helpful and pleasant. The used vehicle was pristine and look almost brand new. Price point was good, but I was a little disappointed at the non-advertised deal pleasant. The used vehicle was pristine and look almost brand new. Price point was good, but I was a little disappointed at the non-advertised dealer add-ons that increased the price of the vehicle above the online price. The only way to purchase the vehicle is to accept these dealer add-ons. I wish this and other dealers would be more transparent in the pricing of the used vehicles that are advertised in cars.com and other online sites to include these "hidden" charges. More

Asked on the phone with DeeDee about dealer fees. Drove 90 minutes for the bait and switch. We get there and now the sales said on the test drive are you aware about our dealership add on fees of $2,000. $ 90 minutes for the bait and switch. We get there and now the sales said on the test drive are you aware about our dealership add on fees of $2,000. $1,000 for a lifetime oil change and $1,000 for paint protection. They are a must buy. You have to choice. So now a $13,000 vehicle turned into a $17,500 on the road. Talked to Dave the manager and he was rude about the fees. He said his staff is not responsible to tell you about the fees before you get there. Again bait and switch. But his staff is responsible enough to lie about the fees. I would never do business with them. What else are they lying about. More
