Honest, well spoken, full of grace, caring and very knowledgeable of the vehicles that Heritage has in inventory for sale. He sent me a self made video of the Tacoma that i was interested in, showing me the truck in full before I travelled to the dealership. He’s very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend him if you’re interested in a new or used vehicle purchase. If you have a chance to meet Zach, plan on taking home a new-to-you vehicle. After we test drove the truck and got the run down on it, we were introduced to David, one of the finance managers. He explained in full detail, how the lender for the loan was established and what I would be paying each month. He broke down every step as to how the total was figured. He then explained in great detail, to include examples, on Toyota’s extended bulletproof warranty plan. David was very personable and professional and made us feel like family. He’s extremely “tech savvy” with an outstanding knowledge of the computer based program that the dealership offers the buyer when purchasing a vehicle. All in all, our buying experience was outstanding!! I highly recommend the team at Heritage when you decide to move into a new vehicle!! I’ll go back when we need another one.
