2nd time this week. Purchased a 2020 Blazer on Monday and while I was there I set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Traverse. Went in to pi Purchased a 2020 Blazer on Monday and while I was there I set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Traverse. Went in to pick up my Traverse and I was approached by Sam Darwish who asked how the new Blazer was and if I was ready to trade in the Traverse---which i laughed at. He was serious and took me for a walk to look at some while my Traverse was getting washed. He and Eric Maymon worked out a deal that I could not refuse, gave me a great price on my trade in and a great price on my new 2020 Traverse. I could not be happier with the service and treatment at Phillips Chevy of Lansing. Thanks Sam, Eric, Henry King, and David Ramirez for a great and far from stressful experience--twice in 6 days. Again, I will be back (at some point) in the future. More

About a week ago I came in to get an oil change. While I was waiting, I went to the sales dept. to ask a few questions. I spoke to DJ and Christina who answered my questions professionally and promptly. DJ was waiting, I went to the sales dept. to ask a few questions.
