In March of 2021 I met with David Quach. It was time to give up my beloved 2001 Honda CRV. I leased a 2021 CRV. You can imagine the technology learning curve. Dave spent time with me sho It was time to give up my beloved 2001 Honda CRV. I leased a 2021 CRV. You can imagine the technology learning curve. Dave spent time with me showing me many things about the new vehicle the day I took it home. During the course of that year, I had to get a new cell phone. I tried to sync it to the car myself, I got help from various sources, and finally I called Dave. Even though it had been a year since I purchased the car, Dave spent an hour with me in the car. He set everything up. Then he called me two days later to see if everything was still good. I so appreciate his help and kindness. This is my third Honda. I can't imagine driving anything else. More
