Got an oil change that took 2 hrs. My service advisor for this occasion was subpar for this service. I had a great experience the previous visit but this visit left me upset. Frank (G My service advisor for this occasion was subpar for this service. I had a great experience the previous visit but this visit left me upset. Frank (General Manager) e-mailed and eventually call a week or so later due to my busy schedule. He let me know they were dealing with some Covid related absences and that he would make the necessary changes to the service problem that I experienced. Frank has gone a long way to make this right and said that the owner except his employees to provide the best service possible. Frank has taken a few steps already and has convinced me that he will get it all taken care of. I have been serviced here once before and was impressed with their service which is why I am willing to drive from Corona. I am looking forward to going back to get serviced, has much as one can, at Fontana Nissan. I raised my rating to a 4 star from a lower rating because of Frank. I am reserving the 5th star for my next service experience. Ken from Corona More
