THE BEST WE DEALT WITH IN FRESNO!!!!!!!!!! scottt dryden is not listed as an employee. that is very sad as he was a delight to work with. he not only answered the questions we had about th scottt dryden is not listed as an employee. that is very sad as he was a delight to work with. he not only answered the questions we had about the jeep but walked us to the car @ showed us how to operate certain things we would,ve had a problem with! Update your site as it is not current with the people we dealt with. so far we are extremley happy after 2 weeks with our new baby except for a continuos knock in the engine which we will have looked at. More

Excellent Experience We contacted Phillip regarding purchasing a Dodge Challenger. Phillip worked with him on the phone. We lived out of town, so when we went to purchas We contacted Phillip regarding purchasing a Dodge Challenger. Phillip worked with him on the phone. We lived out of town, so when we went to purchase the vehicle after work, everything was ready for us. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions we has. By far this was the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. And we love our new Challenger! Unfortunately, due to pretty much all previous car-buying experiences (I'm 61 years old), I walk onto a car lot already in defensive mode. With Fresno Chrysler, that mode quickly turned to positive and I was experiences (I'm 61 years old), I walk onto a car lot already in defensive mode. With Fresno Chrysler, that mode quickly turned to positive and I was able to work with Phillip and, eventually, David to conclude a pleasant car-buying experience - never give up hope that there are honest and down-to-earth folks selling cars! My wife and I went into Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland we saw online. We had worked with Kyle via email before going in. We arrived 40 minutes before closing. Kyle h look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland we saw online. We had worked with Kyle via email before going in. We arrived 40 minutes before closing. Kyle had pulled the vehicle off to the side and got it ready to show us before we had arrived. When we arrived, we were greeted and introduced to Kyle. He walked us out to the vehicle and took time to talk about its features and introduce us to the Overland trim. Kyle did a great job at spending adequate time with us and answering all of our questions. Even though it was 10 minutes to closing he even offered us to test drive the vehicle. I never felt like Kyle was trying to be pushy and force us into something we didn't want. Once inside Kyle sat down with us as we discussed buying the vehicle. He listened to our concerns and with the help of the staff we were able to make a decision that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. We felt like we were getting a fair purchase price on the vehicle. David did a great job at finding the right lender and getting us an interest rate on the financing lower than we expected. When we sat down with David to finalize the sale, he did a good job at listening to us and being thorough with the paperwork. We didn't feel like there were any hidden surprises that we weren't expecting. We were appreciative that he took the time to find us the best financing that fit our needs. By this time it was an hour after closing and we appreciated that the staff took the time to stick around and not rush through the sale. As we were waiting for Kyle to finish prepping the vehicle to drive off the lot, we appreciated that Tim took the time to introduce himself and thank us for doing business with him at his dealership. We appreciated that his staff spent adequate time with us to help us buy our new Grand Cherokee. Once outside, Kyle did a quick walkthrough of the vehicle and told us a few things about operating the vehicle. He told us we could come back another day and spend more time with him if we wanted to. We had done lot of research beforehand and had visited other dealerships in the area with no success. We felt like other dealerships didn't take the time to earn our business and see how serious we were about buying a Grand Cherokee. We were happy to get a good deal and work with a friendly and honest staff. We would definitely recommend Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More

i inquired about a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado LT with Z71 package that they had on their lot. Phillip responded back to me via email fairly quickly, gave me an OTD price, and i thanked him and waited to hear package that they had on their lot. Phillip responded back to me via email fairly quickly, gave me an OTD price, and i thanked him and waited to hear back from some other dealerships on Silverados that i was looking at. he emailed me the next day, kindly asking what i thought of the quote and what price it would take for me to take that truck off their hands. i gave him an OTD price because i would be traveling about 2-2 1/2 hours to pick it up, and also explained that there were other trucks that were Certified that were right about the price he quoted me. Phillip offered a manufacturer backed warranty that would take care of me similarly the way a CPO vehicle's warranty would and got closer to my OTD price that i offered up. we negotiated a little more and settled on something that i felt was a pretty good deal and warranted traveling from Elk Grove down to Fresno. from there, i dealt with his partner, Kyle, and then the finance manager, David. both were also a pleasure to deal with. overall, nice guys and were aggressive in making the sale, however, they weren't overly aggressive or pushy. would i buy there again? if i lived in Fresno, sure, or if they had another vehicle that i really wanted and gave me another killer deal.
