Poor scheduling and no consideration for time Went in for a new vehicle 1st oil change Appointment was at 9:30 got there and was told it would be at least an hour and a half. After I purchase the vehicle I had to bring it back to get an inspection sticker. When I arrived they told me it would be an hour and a half. More
