THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY BUT DID NOT HELP WITH EXPLANATION AND INSTRUCTION IN USE OF ALL THE FEATURES AVAILABLE WITH THE VEHICLE. WILL HAVE TO SET UP ON STAR AND SIRIUS MYSELF.
