So sorry for the negative review. After 2 weeks and 3 follow up requests, I have yet to hear from Plaza. Even though the service manager made an effort in repairing my 2020 Nautilus clunkinking noise coming from the front left of the car the issue was never resolved, so now out of warranty I’ll have to repairing my 2020 Nautilus clunkinking noise coming from the front left of the car the issue was never resolved, so now out of warranty I’ll have to find a mechanic who can diagnose and repair my car. Also after four trips to the dealership to adjust the passenger door sticking close, still not correct, I’m through with Ford products. More

Service is always available for my schedule. I do not drive many miles any more so service is not needed as often. We bought a 2929 lincoln nautilas from u. And shortly after light beige colored front seats started to change color. ! We also paid extra gir a service contract which includes defects and And shortly after light beige colored front seats started to change color. ! We also paid extra gir a service contract which includes defects and should have covered seats as well. We never really got the issue solved. And I just had to buy leather-like seats covers for my 50,000 lincoln.! More
