Horrible experience at this dealer purchased 3 VW vehicles from 2021-2023. Didn’t have any issues before. Obviously new staff now, they are only interested in wasting time, they forget details from o vehicles from 2021-2023. Didn’t have any issues before. They were not interested in getting a deal done, just wasting time. I took my business down the road, bought a car same day at a honest dealer. David, Jordan and a finance lady were the individuals I interacted with, just all over the place More
