My experience with the Stohlman Subaru service department was disappointing. I scheduled a visit to diagnose a broken windshield and mentioned needing a rental car due to safety concerns. Upon arrival, I was was disappointing. I scheduled a visit to diagnose a broken windshield and mentioned needing a rental car due to safety concerns. Upon arrival, I was informed of a $300 deposit requirement for the rental, which was unexpected as it wasn't previously communicated. Despite my vehicle purchase including rental privileges, they insisted on a credit card payment, which I didn't have. Improved communication regarding policies would prevent such inconveniences and address customer safety concerns more effectively. More

As usual, the experience with Stohlman Subaru regarding my recent service appointment was excellent! Not only did they perform my routine maintenance, but they took care of my state inspection.
