We purchased a vehicle December 2023. The vehicle was totaled on April 24. I have been trying to get the service contracts canceled so that the GAP insurance can payout. It took several c The vehicle was totaled on April 24. I have been trying to get the service contracts canceled so that the GAP insurance can payout. It took several calls and emails to finally get in touch with Gabriel Lechon. He said that he would get the contracts canceled. I followed up with him about a week later and he said he was going to check with his manager on the status of the cancelations. Emailed him again thus week and he tells.me that he doesn't have access to the information regarding the contracts. Both GAP and the lienholder have told me that this is handled directly by the dealership. I was planning on coming back here to.purchase another vehicle but cannot due to the lack of resolution.
