These guys do decent work but they cant communicate tried to get ahold of a tech for 4 days (+2 over weekend but service doesn't work weekend) Told me my car would be ready Friday and the following Tuesday to get ahold of a tech for 4 days (+2 over weekend but service doesn't work weekend) Told me my car would be ready Friday and the following Tuesday they said it wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks. Which isn't a problem under normal circumstances but when i tried to go in to get a loner there wasn't anyone who could even give me keys so now they left me up a creek with out a paddle. normally i don't wright reviews but this service was so abysmal compared to previous times. google wont let me 0 star but I wish I could Update. Today (June 19th) I spoke with David. Who explained to me how they were doing everything that they could to get me a loaner car. He asked me when I could be in to receive it. I replied that I would not be able to until sometime after 5 today. He replied that might be a problem. To which I said you didn't contact me for days and this wouldn't be a problem if you texted me on Friday when I asked. He then told me about how they were short staffed and people were out sick. To which I said something to the extent of "are you f*king kidding me". To which he said "that's not how we communicate". In my opinion was a very condescending tone. And yes that is the problem that they didn't communicate. He then threatened "I can refuse service to you, you know." on a warranty part that they didn't fix the first time. And yes that's also a problem cause they didn't touch my car. So I asked if it was drivable. He said he didn't know. And Tuesday (yesterday) they said they didn't touch it. So he most likely didn't have a file or report pulled up when talking to me. Then said he would call me back. He did said it would be an additional 3 to 4 weeks to get it fixed. I asked some stuff about warranty and said I would be picking it up today to take it somewhere else. To whomever replied to my post I appreciate it. But at a certain point I have to draw a line of what I will put up with. I don't want to take anyone time off work as I work in a machine shop and don't want to leave them short staffed. More

We just bought a Palisade Calligraphy from H of K this week! Our salesperson was David Kim and we had been working for weeks trying to get this car! Other dealerships kept saying it would take weeks befor week! Our salesperson was David Kim and we had been working for weeks trying to get this car! Other dealerships kept saying it would take weeks before they could get their hands on one! Also oh there will be a $1K deposit required and a mark up of at least $2500.00! Not so at Kirkland!!! We went in two weeks ago picked the color and he had it ordered that day and we drove it home this Wednesday! Two very happy customers! Everyone there was amazing and friendly! Even after the sale was completed! We highly recommend David Kim to get it done! You won’t be disappointed! By the way we love our car! The warranty can’t be beat! Will update in the future on service! Expecting great treatment there as well, by reviews on here! More

After doing a lot of research, I think Hyundai of Kirkland is the best car dealership I have found in greater Seattle area. David Kim, Gary, Siamak & Carlton took very good care of us. We bought 2 ca Kirkland is the best car dealership I have found in greater Seattle area. David Kim, Gary, Siamak & Carlton took very good care of us. We bought 2 cars Hyundai sonata and Tucson. This is our second time using them and the whole process was exceptionally smooth. Even our friends bought cars from this dealership and had an awesome experience. The staff were friendly and helpful & got our paperwork done as fast as they could. We shopped multiple dealerships but always land up buying from Hyundai of Kirkland and I strongly recommend them. They have the best pricing so we didn't do any negotiating. Most of the dealerships are charging a lot more as market price adjustment, however this dealership isn't and I really appreciate it. I would recommend buying a car here!! I will absolutely be a returning customer in the future!! More

We bought a new 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy about 3 weeks ago now. We were referred to Hyundai of Kirkland through the Costco Auto Program, which put us in touch with David Kim. We specifically wanted weeks ago now. We were referred to Hyundai of Kirkland through the Costco Auto Program, which put us in touch with David Kim. We specifically wanted the Calligraphy trim and David called us back right away when one showed up at the dealership earlier than he expected. David was very pleasant to work with and he didn't pressure us into buying any accessories or upgrades we didn't already want. When it came to financing, David gave us several options for down payment and loan duration based on our input, and he didn't try to steer us in any direction. This was our first time buying a new car (always bought used before), and David and the crew made the experience quite painless. Thanks! More
